Principal Architect

Somdeb Bharati is a pass out with first division from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi.
He completed his Master of Technology in Construction Engineering and Management from IIT, Delhi.
With more than two decades of experience, Somdeb specializes in handling big commercial and residential project.
Somdeb has been associated with some of the renowned developers and architects of Delhi and has an experience of dealing projects of various scales and dimension, starting from residentials of a few thousand square feet to commercial complexes of few lacs square feet.
He is a keen planner and strategist with competence in steering construction projects, with an aim to facilitate all services under one roof. Design and coordination being the forte, he has been instrumental in solving all the technical queries for the smooth execution of projects.
Somdeb is well-versed with applying alternative construction technologies for low cost and sustainable building materials and is also capable of developing energy-efficient design schemes.
